# §11.52. By when will the NIH Director post submitted clinical trial results information?


Except for clinical trial results information submitted under section 402(j)(4)(A) of the PHS Act and [§ 11.60](/cfr/42/11.60.md), the Director will post publicly clinical trial results information on ClinicalTrials.gov not later than 30 calendar days after the date of submission.
