# §50-202.2. Minimum wage in all industries.


In all industries, the minimum wage applicable to employees described in [§ 50-201.102](/cfr/41/50-201.102.md) of this chapter shall be not less than $3.35 per hour commencing January 1, 1981, $3.80 per hour commencing April 1, 1990, and $4.25 per hour commencing April 1, 1991.
