# §302-9.301. Authorized origin and destination points when transporting a POV within CONUS.


If authorized to transport a POV within CONUS, the transportation must originate as shown in paragraphs [(a)](#a) and [(b)](#b) of this section; the destination must be the new official station:

- (a) **Transferee—** old official station.
- (b) **New appointee or student trainee—** place of actual residence.
