# §302-9.3. Advance of funds for transportation and emergency or temporary storage of a POV.


An advance of funds may be received in accordance with [§ 302-2.8](/cfr/41/302-2.8.md) of this chapter, not to exceed the estimated amount of the expenses authorized under this part.
