# §302-3.403. Separation from Government service while on a TCS.


If the employee separates from Government service prior to completion of their TCS for reasons beyond their control that are acceptable to their agency, the agency will pay the same relocation expenses it would pay under [§ 302-3.100](/cfr/41/302-3.100.md) for a TCS.
