# §115-1.110. Deviations.


Where deemed necessary that regulations set forth in the FPMR or EPPMR be changed in the interest of program effectiveness, a proposed revision will be submitted in accordance with FPR [§ 1-1.009](/cfr/41/1-1.009.md), to the Division of Data and Support Systems (DSSD) for review and consideration.
