# §105-68.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 105-68.970](/cfr/41/105-68.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 105-68.215](/cfr/41/105-68.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
