# §102-37.245. SASP audits.


For each year in which a SASP receives $1,000,000 or more a year in surplus property or other Federal assistance, it must be audited in accordance with [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md). GSA's donation program should be identified by Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance number 39.003 when completing the required schedule of Federal assistance.
