# §102-36.90. Contractor restrictions.


You may acquire and furnish excess personal property for use by your contractors subject to the criteria and restrictions in the Federal Acquisition Regulation ([48 CFR part 45](/cfr/48/part45.md)). When such property is no longer needed by your contractors or your agency, you must dispose of the excess personal property in accordance with the provisions of this part.
