# §101-6.201. Scope of subpart.


This subpart provides the regulations of the General Services Administration (GSA) under title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ([42 U.S.C. 2000d—2000d-7](/usc/42/2000d..2000d-7.md)) concerning nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs in connection with which Federal financial assistance is extended under laws administered in whole or in part by GSA.
