# §98.512. GHGs to report.

- (a) You must report N2O process emissions from the production of caprolactam, glyoxal, and glyoxylic acid as required by this subpart.
- (b) You must report under [subpart C](/cfr/40/subpartC.md) of this part the emissions of CO2, CH4, and N2O from each stationary combustion unit by following the requirements of [subpart C](/cfr/40/subpartC.md) of this part.
