# §98.487. Records that must be retained.


You must follow the record retention requirements specified by [§ 98.3(g)](/cfr/40/98.3.md?p=g). In addition to the records required by [§ 98.3(g)](/cfr/40/98.3.md?p=g), you must comply with the record retention requirements in Clause 9.1 of CSA/ANSI ISO 27916:19 (incorporated by reference, see [§ 98.7](/cfr/40/98.7.md)).
