# §98.421. Reporting threshold.


Any supplier of CO2 who meets the requirements of [§ 98.2(a)(4)](/cfr/40/98.2.md?p=a-4) of [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) of this part must report the mass of CO2 captured, extracted, imported, or exported.
