# §98.112. GHGs to report.


You must report:

- (a) Process CO2 emissions from each electric arc furnace (EAF) used for the production of any ferroalloy listed in [§ 98.110](/cfr/40/98.110.md), and process CH4 emissions from each EAF that is used for the production of any ferroalloy listed in Table K-1 to subpart K.
- (b) CO2, CH4, and N2O emissions from each stationary combustion unit following the requirements of [subpart C](/cfr/40/subpartC.md) of this part. You must report these emissions under [subpart C](/cfr/40/subpartC.md) of this part (General Stationary Fuel Combustion Sources).
