# §96.73. Notifications.


The NOX authorized account representative for a NOX Budget unit shall submit written notice to the permitting authority and the Administrator in accordance with [§ 75.61](/cfr/40/75.61.md) of this chapter, except that if the unit is not subject to an Acid Rain emissions limitation, the notification is only required to be sent to the permitting authority.
