# §80.1405. What are the Renewable Fuel Standards?

- (a) **The values of the renewable fuel standards are as follows—**
- (b) Except as specified in [paragraph (c)](#c) of this section, EPA will calculate the annual renewable fuel percentage standards using the following equations:
- (c) For the 2026 and 2027 compliance years, EPA will calculate the annual renewable fuel percentage standards using the following equations:
- (d) The price for cellulosic biofuel waiver credits will be calculated in accordance with [§ 80.1456(d)](/cfr/40/80.1456.md?p=d) and published on EPA's website.
