# §799.5. Submission of information.

- (a) Information (e.g., letters, study plans, or reports) submitted to EPA must be submitted using the method specified in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section. All information submitted under this part must bear the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section number of the subject chemical test rule (e.g., [§ 799.1053](/cfr/40/799.1053.md) for trichlorobenzenes).
- (b) You must use CISS to complete and submit all data, reports, and other information required under this part. Submissions must be submitted to EPA via the Central Data Exchange (CDX).
- (c) **To access CISS go to <I>https—** //cdx.epa.gov/ssl/CSPP/PrimaryAuthorizedOfficial/Home.aspx and follow the appropriate links and for further instructions to go http://www.epa.gov/oppt/chemtest/ereporting/index.html.
