# §799.17. Effects of non-compliance.


Any person who fails or refuses to comply with any aspect of this part or [part 790](/cfr/40/part790.md) is in violation of [section 15](/cfr/40/15.md) of TSCA. EPA will treat violations of Good Laboratory Practice Standards as indicated in [§ 792.17](/cfr/40/792.17.md) of this chapter.
