# §763.167. Processing prohibitions.

- (a) After August 27, 1990, no person shall process for any use, either in the United States or for export, any of the asbestos-containing products listed at [§ 763.165(a)](/cfr/40/763.165.md?p=a).
- (b) After August 26, 1996, no person shall process for any use, either in the United States or for export, any of the asbestos-containing products listed at [§ 763.165(b)](/cfr/40/763.165.md?p=b).
