# §76.3. General Acid Rain Program provisions.


The following provisions of [part 72](/cfr/40/part72.md) of this chapter shall apply to this part:

- (b) [§ 72.3](/cfr/40/72.3.md) (Measurements, abbreviations, and acronyms);
- (c) [§ 72.4](/cfr/40/72.4.md) (Federal authority);
- (d) [§ 72.5](/cfr/40/72.5.md) (State authority);
- (e) [§ 72.6](/cfr/40/72.6.md) (Applicability);
- (f) [§ 72.7](/cfr/40/72.7.md) (New unit exemption);
- (g) [§ 72.8](/cfr/40/72.8.md) (Retired units exemption);
- (h) [§ 72.9](/cfr/40/72.9.md) (Standard requirements);
- (i) [§ 72.10](/cfr/40/72.10.md) (Availability of information); and
- (j) [§ 72.11](/cfr/40/72.11.md) (Computation of time).

  In addition, the procedures for appeals of decisions of the Administrator under this part are contained in [part 78](/cfr/40/part78.md) of this chapter.
