# §750.33. Notice of proposed rulemaking.


Rulemaking for PCB exemptions filed pursuant to [§ 750.31(a)](/cfr/40/750.31.md?p=a) shall begin with the publication of a notice of proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register. The notice shall state in summary form the required information described in [§ 750.31(c)](/cfr/40/750.31.md?p=c).
