# §750.30. Applicability.


[Sections 750.30 through 750.35](/cfr/40/750.30..750.35.md) apply to all rulemakings under authority of section 6(e)(3)(B) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), [15 U.S.C. 2605(e)(3)(B)](/usc/15/2605.md?p=e-3-B) with respect to petitions for PCB processing and distribution in commerce exemptions filed pursuant to [§ 750.31(a)](/cfr/40/750.31.md?p=a).
