# §745.339. Effective date.


States and Indian Tribes may seek authorization to administer and enforce [subpart L](/cfr/40/subpartL.md) of this part pursuant to this subpart at any time. States and Indian Tribes may seek authorization to administer and enforce the pre-renovation education provisions of [subpart E](/cfr/40/subpartE.md) of this part pursuant to this subpart at any time. States and Indian Tribes may seek authorization to administer and enforce all of [subpart E](/cfr/40/subpartE.md) of this part pursuant to this subpart effective June 23, 2008.
