# §721.9665. Organotin catalysts.

- (a) **Chemical substances and significant new uses subject to reporting.**
  - (1) The chemical substances identified generically as organotin catalysts (PMNs P-93-853, P-93-854, P-93-855, P-93-856, P-93-857, and P-93-858) are subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in [paragraph (a)(2)](#a-2) of this section.
  - (2) **The significant new uses are—**
    - (i) **Industrial, commercial and consumer activities.** Requirements as specified in § [721.80 (v)(1)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=v-1), [(v)(2)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=v-2), [(w)(1)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=w-1), [(w)(2)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=w-2), [(x)(1)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=x-1), and [(x)(2)](/cfr/40/721.80.md?p=x-2).
    - (ii) [Reserved]
- (b) **Specific requirements.** The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.
  - (1) **Recordkeeping.** Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § [721.125 (a)](/cfr/40/721.125.md?p=a), [(b)](/cfr/40/721.125.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/40/721.125.md?p=c), and [(i)](/cfr/40/721.125.md?p=i) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.
  - (2) **Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements.** The provisions of [§ 721.185](/cfr/40/721.185.md) apply to this section.
