# §721.1500. 1,2-Benzenediamine, 4-ethoxy, sulfate.

- (a) **Chemical substance and significant new use subject to reporting.**
  - (1) The following chemical substance referred to by its chemical name is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new use described in [paragraph (a)(2)](#a-2) of this section: 1,2-benzenediamine, 4-ethoxy, sulfate, PMN P-83-105.
  - (2) **The significant new use is—** Manufacture, import, or processing in powder or dry solid form.
