# §713.15. Reporting information to EPA.


Any person who must report under this part must report for the submission period described at [§ 713.17](/cfr/40/713.17.md):

- (a) Quantities of mercury in pounds per applicable activity listed under the general requirements for which information must be reported described at [§ 713.9](/cfr/40/713.9.md);
- (b) Specific requirements for which information must be reported described at [§ 713.11](/cfr/40/713.11.md);
- (c) Contextual requirements for which information must be reported described at [§ 713.13](/cfr/40/713.13.md); and
- (d) According to the procedures described at [§ 713.21](/cfr/40/713.21.md).
