# §710.35. Recordkeeping requirements.


Each person who is subject to the notification requirements of this part must retain records that document any information reported to EPA. Records relevant to a Notice of Activity under §§ [710.25(a)](/cfr/40/710.25.md?p=a) and [710.25(b)](/cfr/40/710.25.md?p=b) must be retained for a period of 5 years beginning on the last day of the submission period. Records relevant to a Notice of Activity under [§ 710.25(c)](/cfr/40/710.25.md?p=c) must be retained for a period of 5 years beginning on the day that the notice was submitted.
