# §68.36. Review and update.

- (a) The owner or operator shall review and update the offsite consequence analyses at least once every five years.
- (b) If changes in processes, quantities stored or handled, or any other aspect of the stationary source might reasonably be expected to increase or decrease the distance to the endpoint by a factor of two or more, the owner or operator shall complete a revised analysis within six months of the change and submit a revised risk management plan as provided in [§ 68.190](/cfr/40/68.190.md).
