# §63.9924. How do I demonstrate continuous compliance with the operation and maintenance requirements that apply to me?


For each emission point subject to an emission limit in Table 1 to this subpart, you must demonstrate continuous compliance with the operation and maintenance requirements in [§ 63.9900](/cfr/40/63.9900.md) by performing preventive maintenance for each control device according to [§ 63.9900(b)](/cfr/40/63.9900.md?p=b) and recording all information needed to document conformance with these requirements.
