# §63.9806. How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission limits, operating limits, and work practice standards?

- (a) You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission limit that applies to you according to the requirements specified in Table 5 to this subpart.
- (b) You must establish each site-specific operating limit in Table 2 to this subpart that applies to you according to the requirements specified in [§ 63.9800](/cfr/40/63.9800.md) and Table 4 to this subpart.
- (c) You must demonstrate initial compliance with each work practice standard that applies to you according to the requirements specified in Table 6 to this subpart.
- (d) You must submit the Notification of Compliance Status containing the results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in [§ 63.9812(e)](/cfr/40/63.9812.md?p=e). After Novermber 19, 2021 for affected sources that commence construction or reconstruction after January 14, 2021, and on and after May 19, 2022 for all other affected sources, you must submit the Notification of Compliance Status containing the results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in § [63.9812(e)](/cfr/40/63.9812.md?p=e) and [63.9814(j)](/cfr/40/63.9814.md?p=j).
