# §63.9796. By what date must I conduct performance tests?


You must conduct performance tests within 180 calendar days after the compliance date that is specified for your source in [§ 63.9786](/cfr/40/63.9786.md) and according to the provisions in [§ 63.7(a)(2)](/cfr/40/63.7.md?p=a-2).
