# §63.9625. How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the operation and maintenance requirements that apply to me?


For each air pollution control device subject to operating limits in [§ 63.9590(b)](/cfr/40/63.9590.md?p=b), you have demonstrated initial compliance with the operation and maintenance requirements if you meet all of the requirements in [paragraphs (a) through (d)](#a..d) of this section.

- (a) You have prepared the operation and maintenance plan for air pollution control devices in accordance with [§ 63.9600(b)](/cfr/40/63.9600.md?p=b).
- (b) You have operated each air pollution control device according to the procedures in the operation and maintenance plan.
- (c) You have submitted a notification of compliance status according to the requirements in [§ 63.9640(e)](/cfr/40/63.9640.md?p=e).
- (d) You have prepared a site-specific monitoring plan in accordance with [§ 63.9632(b)](/cfr/40/63.9632.md?p=b).
