# §63.8480. What notifications must I submit and when?

- (a) You must submit all of the notifications in §§ [63.7(b)](/cfr/40/63.7.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/40/63.7.md?p=c), [63.8(f)(4)](/cfr/40/63.8.md?p=f-4), and [63.9(b) through (e)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=b..e), [(g)(1)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=g-1), and [(h)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=g-h) that apply to you, by the dates specified.
- (b) You must submit all of the notifications specified in Table 8 to this subpart that apply to you, by the dates specified.
- (c) If you are required to conduct a performance test or other initial compliance demonstration as specified in Tables 4 and 5 to this subpart, your Notification of Compliance Status as specified in Table 8 to this subpart must include the information in [paragraphs (c)(1) through (3)](#c-1..c-3) of this section.
  - (1) The requirements in [§ 63.9(h)(2)(i)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=h-2-i).
  - (2) The operating limit parameter values established for each affected source with supporting documentation and a description of the procedure used to establish the values.
  - (3) For each APCD that includes a fabric filter, if a bag leak detection system is used, analysis and supporting documentation demonstrating conformance with EPA guidance and specifications for bag leak detection systems in [§ 63.8450(e)](/cfr/40/63.8450.md?p=e).
