# §63.7990. What parts of my plant does this subpart cover?

- (a) This subpart applies to each miscellaneous coating manufacturing affected source as defined in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section.
- (b) The miscellaneous coating manufacturing affected source is the miscellaneous coating manufacturing operations as defined in [§ 63.7985(b)](/cfr/40/63.7985.md?p=b).
- (c) An affected source is a new affected source if you commenced construction or reconstruction after April 4, 2002, and you met the applicability criteria at the time you commenced construction or reconstruction.
