# §63.7888. How do I implement this rule at my facility using the cross-referenced requirements in other subparts?

- (a) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term “HAP listed in Table 1 of this subpart” in a cross-referenced section under [40 CFR part 63](/cfr/40/part63.md), [subpart DD](/cfr/40/subpartDD.md)—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, you should refer to Table 1 of this subpart.
- (b) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term off-site material in a cross-referenced section under [40 CFR part 63](/cfr/40/part63.md), [subpart DD](/cfr/40/subpartDD.md)—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in [§ 63.7957](/cfr/40/63.7957.md).
- (c) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term regulated material in a cross-referenced section under [40 CFR part 63](/cfr/40/part63.md), subparts [OO](/cfr/40/subpartOO.md), [PP](/cfr/40/subpartPP.md), QQ, RR, TT, UU, WW, and VV you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in [§ 63.7957](/cfr/40/63.7957.md).
