# §63.7140. What parts of the General Provisions apply to me?


Table 9 to this subpart shows which parts of the General Provisions in [§§ 63.1 through 63.16](/cfr/40/63.1..63.16.md) apply to you. When there is overlap between [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) and subpart AAAAA, as indicated in the “Explanations” column in Table 8, subpart AAAAA takes precedence.
