# §63.64. Additions of substances to the list of hazardous air pollutants.

- (a) **The substance 1-bromopropane, or 1-BP, also known as n-propyl bromide or nPB (CAS No.** 106-94-5) is added to the list of hazardous air pollutants established by Clean Air Act (CAA) [section 112(b)(1)](/cfr/40/112.md?p=b-1), [42 U.S.C. 7412(b)(1)](/usc/42/7412.md?p=b-1).
