# §63.5740. What emission limit must I meet for carpet and fabric adhesive operations?

- (a) You must use carpet and fabric adhesives that contain no more than 5 percent organic HAP by weight.
- (b) To demonstrate compliance with the emission limit in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section, you must determine and record the organic HAP content of the carpet and fabric adhesives using the methods in [§ 63.5758](/cfr/40/63.5758.md).
