# §63.5530. How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission limits and work practice standards?

- (a) You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission limit and work practice standard that applies to you according to Table 3 to this subpart. You must also install and operate the monitoring equipment according to the requirements in [§ 63.5545](/cfr/40/63.5545.md) that apply to you.
- (b) You must establish each site-specific operating limit in Table 2 to this subpart that applies to you according to the requirements in [§ 63.5535](/cfr/40/63.5535.md) and Table 4 to this subpart UUUU.
- (c) You must submit the Notification of Compliance Status Report containing the results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in [§ 63.5575](/cfr/40/63.5575.md) and Table 7 to this subpart UUUU.
