# §63.406. Recordkeeping and reporting requirements.


To demonstrate continuing compliance with [§ 63.402](/cfr/40/63.402.md) of this subpart, the owner or operator of each affected IPCT shall maintain copies of the initial notification and the notification of compliance status as required by [§ 63.405](/cfr/40/63.405.md) of this subpart for a period of at least 5 years onsite.
