# §63.3152. How do I demonstrate continuous compliance with the emission limitations?

- (a) To demonstrate continuous compliance, the mass average organic HAP content for each compliance period, determined according to [§ 63.3151(a) through (d)](/cfr/40/63.3151.md?p=a..d), must be less than or equal to the applicable emission limit in § [63.3090(c)](/cfr/40/63.3090.md?p=c) and [(d)](/cfr/40/63.3090.md?p=d) or § [63.3091(c)](/cfr/40/63.3091.md?p=c) and [(d)](/cfr/40/63.3091.md?p=d). A compliance period consists of 1 month. Each month after the end of the initial compliance period described in [§ 63.3150](/cfr/40/63.3150.md) is a compliance period consisting of that month.
- (b) If the mass average organic HAP emission content for any compliance period exceeds the applicable emission limit in § [63.3090(c)](/cfr/40/63.3090.md?p=c) and [(d)](/cfr/40/63.3090.md?p=d) or § [63.3091(c)](/cfr/40/63.3091.md?p=c) and [(d)](/cfr/40/63.3091.md?p=d), this is a deviation from the emission limitations for that compliance period and must be reported as specified in §§ [63.3110(c)(6)](/cfr/40/63.3110.md?p=c-6) and [63.3120(a)(5)](/cfr/40/63.3120.md?p=a-5).
- (c) You must maintain records as specified in §§ [63.3130](/cfr/40/63.3130.md) and [63.3131](/cfr/40/63.3131.md).
