# §63.2162. When must I conduct subsequent performance tests if I monitor brew ethanol?

- (a) For each emission limitation in Table 1 to this subpart for which compliance is demonstrated by monitoring brew ethanol concentration and calculating VOC concentration in the fermenter exhaust according to the procedures in [§ 63.2161](/cfr/40/63.2161.md), you must conduct an EPA Test Method 25A of [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), appendix A-7, performance test and establish a brew-to-exhaust correlation according to the procedures in Table 2 to this subpart and in [§ 63.2161](/cfr/40/63.2161.md), at least once every year.
- (b) The first subsequent performance test must be conducted no later than 365 calendar days after the initial performance test conducted according to [§ 63.2160](/cfr/40/63.2160.md). Each subsequent performance test must be conducted no later than 365 calendar days after the previous performance test. You must conduct a performance test for each 365 calendar day period during which you demonstrate compliance using the brew ethanol correlation developed according to [§ 63.2161](/cfr/40/63.2161.md).
