# §63.215. What General Provisions apply to me?

- (a) **All the provisions in 40 CFR part 61, subpart A of this chapter, apply to this subpart.**
- (b) The provisions in [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) of this part also apply to this subpart as specified in [paragraphs (b)(1) through (4)](#b-1..b-4) of this section.
  - (1) The general applicability provisions in § [63.1(a)(1) through (8)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=a-1..a-8) and [(13) through (14)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=a-13..a-14).
  - (2) The specific applicability provisions in [§ 63.1(b) through (e)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=b..e) except for the reference to [§ 63.10](/cfr/40/63.10.md) for recordkeeping procedures.
  - (3) The construction and reconstruction provisions in [§ 63.5](/cfr/40/63.5.md) except for the references to [§ 63.6](/cfr/40/63.6.md) for compliance procedures and the references to [§ 63.9](/cfr/40/63.9.md) for notification procedures.
  - (4) The specific notification procedure of § [63.9(j)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=j) and [(k)](/cfr/40/63.9.md?p=k) relating to a change in major source status.
