# §63.11905. When must I conduct subsequent performance testing and monitoring to demonstrate continuous compliance?


Following the date of your initial demonstration of compliance in [§ 63.11900](/cfr/40/63.11900.md), you must conduct subsequent performance testing and monitoring to demonstrate continuous compliance with your emission limits, operating limits, and work practice standards according to the procedures and frequency in [§§ 63.11910 through 63.11980](/cfr/40/63.11910..63.11980.md). If you make a process change as specified in [§ 63.11896](/cfr/40/63.11896.md), such that a different emission limit or operating parameter limit applies, you must conduct a performance test according to [§ 63.11896](/cfr/40/63.11896.md).
