# §63.11871. What is the relationship to 40 CFR part 61, subpart F?


After the applicable compliance date specified in § [63.11875(a)](/cfr/40/63.11875.md?p=a), [(b)](/cfr/40/63.11875.md?p=b) or [(c)](/cfr/40/63.11875.md?p=c), an affected source that is also subject to the provisions of [40 CFR part 61](/cfr/40/part61.md), [subpart F](/cfr/40/subpartF.md), is required to comply with the provisions of this subpart and no longer has to comply with [40 CFR part 61](/cfr/40/part61.md), subpart F.
