# §63.11581. What are my standards?


You must meet one of the requirements in paragraph [(a)](#a) or [(b)](#b) of this section that apply to you. These standards apply at all times.

- (a) You must meet one of the emission standards in Table 1 of this subpart and the management practices in [§ 63.11584(a) through (c)](/cfr/40/63.11584.md?p=a..c) of this subpart, or
- (b) You must demonstrate that the particulate matter concentration of each of the process vent streams from equipment in target HAP service within a chemical preparation operation will not exceed 0.03 gr/dscf and meet the management practices in [§ 63.11584(d)](/cfr/40/63.11584.md?p=d).
