# §63.11419. What definitions apply to this subpart?


The terms used in this subpart are defined in the CAA; [§ 63.1292](/cfr/40/63.1292.md) of [subpart III](/cfr/40/subpartIII.md); [§ 63.8830](/cfr/40/63.8830.md) of [subpart MMMMM](/cfr/40/subpartMMMMM.md); [§ 63.2](/cfr/40/63.2.md) of [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md); and in this section as follows:

Flexible polyurethane foam fabrication facility means a facility where pieces of flexible polyurethane foam are cut, bonded, and/or laminated together or to other substrates.
