# §63.11166. What General Provisions apply to primary beryllium production facilities?

- (a) You must comply with all of the requirements of the General Provisions in [40 CFR part 61](/cfr/40/part61.md), subpart A.
- (b) You must comply with the requirements of the General Provisions in [40 CFR part 63](/cfr/40/part63.md), [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md), that are specified in paragraphs [(b)(1)](#b-1) and [(2)](#b-2) of this section.
  - (1) [Section 63.1(a)(1) through (10)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=a-1..a-10).
  - (2) [Section 63.1(b)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=b) except paragraph (b)(3), [§ 63.1(c)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=c), and [§ 63.1(e)](/cfr/40/63.1.md?p=e).
