# §62.9995. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On November 8, 2006, The State of Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management submitted a letter certifying no Other Solid Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart FFFF](/cfr/40/subpartFFFF.md) operate within its jurisdiction.
