# §62.9980. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On January 8, 2002, the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing small municipal waste combustors in the state subject to the emission guidelines under [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart BBBB](/cfr/40/subpartBBBB.md) of this chapter.
